While most orders are shipped within 7-10 days, please allow 2-3 weeks for printing, signing, and shipping. If you have questions or concerns, or need expedited shipping, please reach out to us and we'll be happy work with you on a solution.
- RETURN POLICY -
Each fine art print is one of a kind, and printed to order in Nashville, TN. Because of this costly printing process, we are not able to support returns or refunds at this time. If the print is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us as quickly as possible and we will be sure to make things right for you!
Do Photos Come With Frames?
While it is our hope to offer a custom framing option in the near future, we are not currently able to support custom framing and shipping.
The frames shown are examples of a completed product, and are for presentation only and not included with your purchase. We look forward to seeing how you choose to display your art prints!
Is There a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Each print will include a hand detailed certificate of authenticity with photograph details, print information and a signature of certification to guarantee an authentic fine art photography print for collectors around the world.
Where are your photos printed?
All of our photographs are made from the original negative, or digital negative, and printed to order by skilled fine art printers in Nashville, TN.
Every photo print is printed archival matte paper featuring rich colors and carrying the 100+ year archival lifespan of a museum quality piece.
Where Is The Gallery Located?
At this time, Velvet Hill Gallery is an online exhibition only. While having a gallery store front is high on our to-do list, we will only be doing temporary pop-up installations for the foreseeable future. Keep up with our Instagram & Facebook for information on Gallery shows and installations as they are announced.
